Quality & accreditations
The evidence behind the claim
A certification only counts if it covers the work being let and can be produced when asked. This page is written for the people who have to check that — consultants, QSs, main contractors and property organisations.
Every scheme listed is held and can be evidenced. If it is not listed, we are not claiming it.
The position
Five schemes, each covering a defined scope
Not a wall of logos. Each certification below is tied to the discipline it actually qualifies us for.
Qualification and quality are separate questions. The certifications answer whether we are competent and assessed for the work; the projects and the delivery process answer whether it gets built properly. Both should be checked before a package is let.
- Third-party certification
- Five current schemes
- Electrical contracting, fire detection, health and safety assessment and renewable installation.
- Electrical contracting
- NICEIC Approved Contractor
- Design, installation, testing and certification of commercial installations.
- Health and safety
- CHAS Advanced
- Assessed at Advanced level, with SafeContractor verification alongside it.
- Renewable installation
- MCS Certified
- The certification route to scheme eligibility for eligible renewables projects.
Registration numbers are quoted on the certificate, not transcribed here

How to check us properly
- 01
Match the certificate to the scope
A scheme only counts for the work it covers. Each entry sets out the scope it evidences, so it can be checked against the package being let.
- 02
Check the certificate itself
Where a certificate is published, open it. Where it is not, ask and we will send it rather than describe it.
- 03
Ask for what is missing
If a scheme you require is not listed here, we are not claiming it. Tell us what the questionnaire needs and we will confirm the position honestly.
PQQ & supplier questionnaires
What we send, and what to ask for
Issued against a named project or questionnaire, so you get the documents that apply rather than a generic pack.

Issued with a submission

Health and safety documentation
Assessment certificates and the arrangements behind them, for the questionnaire stage.
Insurance documentation
Provided against a specific contract or questionnaire, at the level that contract requires.

Method statements and risk assessments

Next step
Ask us for the evidence
If a certification matters to your decision, ask for it. We would rather send the certificate than describe it.
