Principal electrical contractor across a multi-phase development, from DNO intake and final circuits through to hardwired life safety and roof-mounted solar PV on specified plots.
Client challenge
A multi-phase development needs an electrical partner who can hold safety and quality standards across a long programme, with several trades and phases running at once, while keeping documentation complete for every plot.
Delivery
Delivered phase by phase with consistent handover dates. Greentech's site controls contributed to the development winning Persimmon Homes' national Health, Safety and Environment award.
